Conference Registration Fees

New Horizons Registration Fees
New Horizons registration includes: a program guide, the welcome reception, entrance to the Expo, continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, two general sessions, access to all breakout sessions, and attendance at the awards banquet & ceremony.

Guest Event Registration
We are pleased to offer two options for your guest to attend the social events offered at the conference. Guests may register to attend the opening night networking Welcome Reception and/or the annual Awards Banquet & Ceremony.

Registration prior to 6, 2004 will qualify for regular Registration Fees, and forms received after August 6, 2004 will not be processed and attendees will be required to register onsite.

Payment must be included with registration. Credit card registrations may be processed online. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. A single check may be used to cover more than one registrant; however, all forms MUST be included with the check. Make checks payable to NHCLC, Inc. All returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee. I f you are unable to register online, send an email to nhu@newhorizons.com to request a registration form.

Guests
A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Registered guests may attend the Welcome Reception and/or the Awards Banquet & Ceremony. Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, Breakout Sessions and other events are not open to Guests.

In the interest of serving both the professional and business interests of New Horizons attendees, children under the age of eighteen (18) are not allowed to attend any New Horizons function. Adult children eighteen (18) and over may attend New Horizons social functions, provided a Guest Registration is purchased.

Registration Confirmation
New Horizons will confirm your International Conference Registration via e-mail within 10 business days after receipt of your registration and payment. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact New Horizons University at 714-940-8290 or nhu@newhorizons.com.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing at New Horizons CLC, Inc. on or before August 6, 2004. Refunds will not be granted after August 6, 2004. Refunds will not be processed for no-shows after the conference.

If you find that you or one of your employees is unable to attend, you may substitute someone in that place at no charge providing the substitution is received in writing to NHCLC, Inc by August 6, 2004. Submit substitutions to 714-940-8432 or nhu@newhorizons.com.

Onsite Registration and Information Desk Hours
Thursday, August 19, 2004, from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m
Friday, August 20, 2004 from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 21, 2004, from 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Once you arrive at the hotel, you will need to check-in to receive your badge, program guide, and meal tickets. New Horizons Conference Staff is available at the Registration & Information Center to answer any questions you may have about the event.

Banquet Seating
The Awards Banquet on Saturday, August 21, will again have reserved seating available. Banquet tickets and seat assignments will be independent from the main registration area and will be located at the Banquet Reservation counter. Once onsite, go to the Banquet Reservation counter where you will have the opportunity to select seating for yourself and your guest for the Awards Banquet. For centers who wish to sit together, please have your center’s Owner or General Manager obtain the entire group’s Banquet Tickets and seat assignments from the Banquet Reservation counter. Seat Assignments are on a first-come first-served basis.

Badges and Admittance
Official New Horizons International Conference badges must be worn at all Conference events. You will receive meal tickets for the luncheons and awards banquet, which will be collected at each function. Breakout sessions are open to New Horizons registrants only.

First-Time Attendees
All first-time conference attendees will be wearing "First-Time Attendee" ribbons. Conference Veterans - Please extend a special welcome to our first-time attendees. Make these Conference participants feel welcome. Remember how a few words of recognition and support made you feel comfortable when you first attended a New Horizons conference or regional meeting.

Photo Release
Photos of conference participants may be used for conference promotional materials, New Horizons newsletter, identification purposes, or other marketing-related uses. By virtue of your attendance, you give New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc., permission to use your likeness in such manner.

New Horizons Policies

No Smoking Policy
All New Horizons Meetings and Conferences, within meeting rooms and seated functions, will be smoke-free. Also, please regard the smoking policy of the hotel.

Alcohol Drinking Policy
New Horizons official policy regarding the minimum age for alcohol consumption is the age applicable to the jurisdiction of the event venue. In Nevada, the minimum age for the consumption of alcohol, beer, and wine is 21 years of age.

Schedule Changes
The management of New Horizons 2004 International Conference reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
