Recommended Dress
Conference attire should be comfortable and business casual. For the Awards Banquet and Ceremony, we request you dress in cocktail or evening attire. As a reminder, meeting room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary widely.

Tips for the Traveler
Visas/Passports: US citizens do not require visas or passports. Non US and Canadian citizens must have a valid passport, but it’s always better to consult your travel agent before booking your tickets. However, citizens of many Western European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan can take advantage of a US reciprocal visa waiver program if they intend to stay less than 90 days. Citizens of all other countries require a US visa.

Time Zone: Pacific Standard. Daylight savings time April through October.

Local Ordinances: The legal drinking age in Nevada is 21.

Climate: Las Vegas is located a desert climate. During the summer, especially August, it is very hot but not too humid. The crowds are smaller than at other times of the year. If you are planning to golf and participate in outdoor activities, please plan accordingly and be sure to drink plenty of fluids.
